The Heritage Hospice Difference

NOT ALL HOSPICE CARE IS THE SAME
The difference is our people, and the commitments they hold dear. As an organization, and as individuals, we believe that the way we care for each other says something about who we are as a community. We are here because we know people need the unique services and care we provide.

The people of Heritage Hospice are doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, counselors, chaplains, volunteers, administrators and board members. We are your neighbors and friends. We are passionate about making sure everyone in the area has the best possible end-of-life care.

Become a part of our Team!

Volunteers: Volunteers play a key role in our hospice program.  We are actively seeking volunteers for a variety of roles: direct patient care services, administrative services and with fund raising. No amount of time is too small.

If you would like to contribute or discuss how you might be able to volunteer or offer other services, please contact Cynthia Rivers, Community Outreach Coordinator, at (770) 423-5959 or email: cynthiarivers@heritage-hospice.com.
